Shipping Options within the United States

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): $5.99 USD or free on orders over $75 USD.

  • Express Shipping (1–3 business days): $14.99 USD.

  • Next-Day Delivery: Available in selected areas with an additional cost (calculated at checkout).

Delivery times begin once payment has been confirmed and the order has been processed (1–2 business days).

Coverage

We ship across the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories (delivery times may vary in these locations).

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday.

  • Orders placed after 3:00 p.m. EST will be processed on the next business day.

  • We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.

International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within the United States.

Order Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email at capriciousroom@gmail.com with your tracking number to follow your package in real time.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Capricious Room is not responsible for delays caused by the courier service, weather conditions, or other external factors. If your package is lost or has not arrived, please contact us at capriciousroom@gmail.com and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

Returned Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for covering the reshipping costs.
